Attend a free community movie screening of the film “Akeelah and the Bee” that tells a story of Black excellence and perseverance. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the 10:00 am showtime. 

The first 100 people will receive free movie tickets as well as a voucher for a free popcorn and medium drink.

This event is part of the Meridian Freedom Fest honoring Juneteenth.
