Election Day in Meridian Township for the State Primary Election is Tuesday, August 2. Polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Voters at the polls must show a picture ID or sign an affidavit that they are “not in possession of a picture ID” before they are allowed to vote. 

Absentee Voter Ballots need to be returned to the Meridian Township Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Building located at  5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, 48864 by 8:00 pm on Election Day. Voters can drop them off anytime in the 24-hour secure white drop box located in front of the Municipal Building. Voters cannot bring their voted ballots to their polling locations on Election Day, unless they want to spoil them at the precinct and vote in person.
