Community members are invited to "Touch-A-Truck For-A-Buck" on Saturday, December 4 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The event is presented by Cannonball Pools and will take place at 1739 W. Grand River Avenue, Okemos.

For a $1 donation, residents can explore emergency vehicles from the Meridian Township Police Department, Meridian Township Fire Department and other local organizations.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Santa's First Responders holiday party. This local non-profit is a group of police officers, firefighters and educators who raise funds and provide an annual holiday event to benefit area children of need.
