The Board of Determination, composed of Paulette Hatchett, John Leonard, Cheryl Risner and Dennis Williams (Alternate), will meet on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Town Hall Room of the Meridian Township Municipal Building (5151 Marsh Road, Okemos, MI 48864) to hear all interested persons and evidence and to determine whether it is necessary and conducive to the public health, convenience or welfare to consolidate the following Drains and Drainage Districts, all of which are located and established within Meridian Charter Township, Ingham County, Michigan:
Said drainage districts once consolidated to be known collectively as the Okemos Consolidated Drain Drainage District, and the Drain to be known as the Okemos Consolidated Drain, as prayed for in the petition dated June 1, 2021 filed with the Ingham County Drain Commissioner, in accordance with Section 441 of 1956 PA 40, as amended.
