The Haslett-Okemos Rotary Club will be hosting their 16th Annual Hero Luncheon on Tuesday, September 10 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Marketplace on the Green Pavilion (1995 Central Park Drive, Okemos). 

Tickets are available for $25 each and include lunch catered by Backyard Bar-B-Q. Anyone interested in purchasing a ticket can contact Treasurer Phil Deschaine at 517.410.0061.

Proceeds from this event are used to support the Haslett-Okemos Rotary Club and the various projects they sponsor in Meridian Township, as well as internationally.

During the event, the Rotary Club will also collect new and gently used athletic sneakers in support of the Samaritan's Feet charitable organization and its mission: Giving Shoes, Giving Hope.
