On Tuesday, July 16 and Wednesday, July 24, the Community & Senior Center Task Force will be holding two informational sessions from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The July 16 session will be held in the Town Hall Room of the Meridian Township Municipal Building (5151 Marsh Road, Okemos) and the July 24 session will be held at Central Park Pavilion (5153 Marsh Road, Okemos).

Meridian Township invites you to meet the designers of the proposed Community & Senior Center and to view and discuss the plans for a multigenerational Community Center, which includes a dedicated Senior Center. The proposed plan is to renovate the old Younkers Building at Meridian Mall and transform it into a Community Center for all ages and abilities. Large drawings will be available to view. Meridian Township Board members and staff will be present.
