Join us on July 18 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Red Cedar Glen Preserve located at the end of Sylvan Glen Drive in Okemos. We will be removing invasive Japanese hedge parsley along the trail and discovering native plants in bloom! Join us if you can, the weather looks great!
Weekday Warriors occur every other Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at a different location. Help the Meridian Conservation Corps restore habitat across our parks and preserves through activities like invasive plant removal and litter pick up in high quality areas. Warrior workdays are a great way to get outdoors and improve our community!
Participants are encouraged to pre-register but walk-ins are welcome. To register, or for more information, please contact Land Stewardship Coordinator Emma Campbell at ecampbell@meridian.mi.us or call at 517.853.4614. All workdays are outdoors and may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
