Please join Meridian Township Parks and Recreation Department for a family walk and picture event with Santa at Nancy Moore Park!

The event will take place on Wednesday, December 20 from 5:45 pm to 8:00 pm. Participants will check-in outside the Meridian Service Center (2100 Gaylord C. Smith Ct, Okemos) before taking a stroll through Nancy Moore Park for a photo with Santa.

The walk includes a 1/2 mile loop through Santa's Trail, which will be marked with tea lights, that leads to the Nancy Moore Park Pavilion, followed by a 1/2 mile walk back to where vehicles are parked. If needed, a shorter trail is available. Simply request the shorter trail when checking in.

Santa will have a special treat for all family members, as well as hot chocolate to stay warm!

The fee is $12 per family and participants can register at recreation.meridian.mi.us. At the link, select Special Events from the provided menu, then select the Special Events dropdown menu at the following page to see event time options. In order for each family to enjoy time with Santa, families must register for a timeslot within the event. There is a limit of 5 families for each 15-minute timeslot.
