  • Introduction: Begin Holiday Celebrations with Old Fashioned Traditions

Join the Friends of Historic Meridian and Santa for an afternoon of Christmas traditions from the Victorian Era! The Christmas in the Village event will take place on Sunday, December 8 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Meridian Historical Village (5151 Marsh Road, Okemos).

Christmas in the Village Activities:

  • Meet and greet with Santa from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
  • Buildings open for tours from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
  • General Store Gift Shop open from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
    • Shop from a variety of gifts, stocking stuffers, and more!
  • Treats available for purchase in the Barnes House.
  • Concert at 3:00 pm in the Village Chapel featuring the Renaissance Singers.
  • Event concludes with the annual tree lighting ceremony at 4:00 pm.
