Join Meridian Cares at the Grange Acres Community Center on Wednesday, August 16 at 4:00 pm for a special presentation on advance care planning. Five Wishes President, Joanne Eason, will be in attendance to provide more information on advance care planning.

This event is free and open to the public. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
