Join Santa's First Responders for their Charity Cornhole Tournament at Marketplace on the Green this Saturday, June 10. In-person registration begins at 3:30 pm, with the tournament starting at 4:30 pm.
Santa's First Responders is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides Christmas presents to local children in need by hosting an annual holiday party for children and their families. Santa's First Responders also partners with Sparrow, where they deliver presents to children who are in the hospital for an extended stay.
Two-person teams will pay a $50 registration fee and are encouraged to register prior to the event, but same-day registration is available beginning at 3:30 pm on June 10. There will be two categories for interested teams, first responders and the general public. Registration links for each category can be found below.
The top four general public teams will be eligible for cash prizes, while the winning first responders team will receive a custom set of cornhole boards and bags. The Charity Cornhole Tournament will also feature a 50/50 raffle and silent auction.
There will be food trucks available as well as a DJ with music.
Proceeds will benefit University of Michigan Health at Sparrow Children's Center and other Santa's First Responders initiatives.
