Join us for native seed collection at Sander Farm Natural Area! We will meet at the end of Sago Way in Okemos. Please just park on the side of the street. We will walk in and scout our areas for seed collection, as well as collect Wild Bergamot, Early Goldenrod, and Flowering Spurge among others. No experience is necessary, we will teach you what you need to know! Please dress appropriately for the weather. 

Stewardship Saturdays occur every other Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm at a different location. Help the Meridian Conservation Corps restore habitat across our parks and preserves through activities like invasive plant removal and sowing native seeds. Stewardship workdays are a great way to get outdoors and improve our community!
