Due to unforseen circumstances, our event scheduled today, July 29th, will be cancelled. Our next Stewardship Saturday is August 12 at Davis Foster Preserve. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Stewardship Saturdays occur every other Saturday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm at a different location. Help the Meridian Conservation Corps restore habitat across our parks and preserves through activities like invasive plant removal and sowing native seeds. Stewardship workdays are a great way to get outdoors and improve our community! This work day will be held at Tihart Preserve and will focus on planting native plants in the current old-field habitat that exists.
Participants are encouraged to pre-register but walk-ins are welcome. To register, or for more information, please contact Land Stewardship Coordinator Emma Campbell at ecampbell@meridian.mi.us or call at 517.853.4614. All workdays are outdoors and may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
