Join us on Tuesday, January 31 from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm for a second night hike at Red Cedar Glen Preserve! We will head out at dusk and listen for local owls, which are often sighted at this preserve. It is currently their breeding season so this is the ideal time to head out and try to spot them. We will have red lights available for use while supplies last.
Trailside Ecology Tuesday programs occur the third Tuesday of the month from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at a different location. Learn more about our local flora and fauna while getting to know our parks and preserves personally!
Participants are encouraged to pre-register but walk-ins are welcome. To register, or for more information, please contact Land Stewardship Coordinator Emma Campbell at ecampbell@meridian.mi.us or call at 517.853.4614. All events are outdoors and may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
